Practice

I represent my family law clients in efforts to settle (hopefully) or litigate (if necessary) their financial and custody cases during and after a marital dissolution. Through established Los Angeles non-profit organizations, I train volunteers to help victims of domestic violence and those in high conflict custody cases who cannot afford attorneys. I volunteer for the Los Angeles Superior Court as a settlement officer, helping primarily self-represented parties who don’t have enough information about the law or the legal system to resolve their cases. I also volunteer as a temporary judge in courthouses around Los Angeles County to insure that all family law, civil harassment, and domestic violence courtrooms are open for litigants needing assistance.
